How it works

IN-STORE

Our staff will need to activate your loyalty account when you complete a purchase in-store. They will request your email and phone number to track your points.

ONLINE

  1. Create an account or login to an existing account when purchasing online: https://climbonequipment.com/account/register
  2. Hint: If you sign up online using the same email you used previously in-store or online your points will already be there waiting for you!
  3. Reward redemption is not available in the guest check-out.

Using Points

CASH BACK

Get 2% Cash back as a discount toward a future purchase. Example: redeem 250 points and get a $5 discount off your next purchase. Minimum redemption is 250 points.

ONLINE

Log into your account. Once you're logged in, look for the widget in the lower left corner of your screen and follow the prompts.

FAQs

I can't log into my points portal anymore. What happened?

We have updated our website and the old portal is no longer available. If you create a new account using the same email you logged in with in our old site, you will see your points value and redemption options in the widget on the bottom of your screen.

I applied for a coupon online but I no longer wish to use it, how can I get my points back?

Uncanceled coupons left in your cart will expire automatically after 1 day and the points will be returned to your account.

If you wish to cancel your coupon/redemption code earlier you can do so in the Widget. Follow the steps below:

  • Click on the Menu, then History.
  • Scroll down to the redemption and click “Cancel Coupon".
  • The points will return to your account within 1 hour.

Can I get a product redemption online?

Stay tuned, we are working on this feature. Currently we are only offering cash back rewards online.

I have an in-store points account, but I don't see them online. How do I get it online?

Point accounts online and in-store are connected. If your points are not displaying, there could be an issue with your email address not matching. We map customers by email. If you used a different email or there was a spelling error in your email then a new points account would be generated. You can email us to request a "Merge" of the email accounts. Please identify the email addresses you'd like to merge when you Contact Us.
